Melcor’s Commercial Properties are a combination of new development projects and existing commercial properties. These properties are managed by two separate divisions, our Property Development Division and our Investment Properties Division (Management and Leasing Services).

Melcor’s Property Development Division takes serviced raw land and designs, engineers and plans our high quality retail, office and industrial projects which are leased to local and National tenants.

In special circumstances out Property Development Division will also undertake build-to-suit construction management projects.
